What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided the garments are in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Express international shipping via DHL takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How should I care for my Sommer Swim pieces?
To ensure the longevity of your swimwear, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after use. Avoid rough surfaces, do not tumble dry, and always dry in the shade to prevent color fading.
Do I have to pay international customs and duties?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
