At Sommer Swim, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your swimwear. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all branded pouches are included and the hygiene stickers have not been removed.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email to help you find your perfect Sommer fit.
